Gorilla Lemonade Teams Up with Grammy Winner Eric Bellinger for Limited Edition Flavor
Gorilla Lemonade, a beverage company known for its community roots and inventive drinks, has announced a new collaboration with Grammy-winning recording artist Eric Bellinger. The partnership will introduce a limited-edition Piña Colada lemonade set to launch Aug. 8.
The relationship between Gorilla Lemonade and Bellinger started after a member of the artist’s team, SYX, praised the drink on social media following a visit to the Cambria Hotel in New Haven. Kristen Threatt, co-owner of Gorilla Lemonade, responded by personally delivering a case of the beverage and a varsity jacket to Bellinger. The gesture led to an invitation to his performance at Toad’s Place and sparked further collaboration.
Bellinger, who is known to enjoy lemonade, worked closely with the Gorilla Lemonade team to develop the summer flavor. Several test batches were made, including unique blends such as lavender honey mint, before the team landed on Piña Colada.
“I’m thrilled to partner with Gorilla Lemonade to introduce our fans to a taste of Piña Colada dreams in lemonade form,” Bellinger said in a statement. “This collaboration is more than just a flavor—it’s a celebration of creativity and authentic connection.”
To announce the release, Bellinger shared the news with his followers on Instagram, generating buzz around the upcoming product.
The limited-run Piña Colada Lemonade will be available starting Aug. 8 through the company’s website, gorilla-lemonade.com.
